Thanks Mique for telling us about those adorable ruffle scarves! It seemed like something I could easily do, so in my usual fashion, I jumped in feet first.
I'm not giving up, but I'm having a HARD time getting the right tension with the elastic thread (I've never used it before). Fingers crossed I'll get it figured out!
